1. Vehicle Sales Are Final

All car purchases made through https://expressdropcourier.com  are final.
Because each vehicle is inspected, documented, and listed with full specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a sale has been completed.

However, we do offer fair and transparent refund options in special situations, outlined below.


2. Refund on Reservation or Down Payment

If you reserve a car or make a down payment online:

A. Refund Allowed If:

  • The vehicle becomes unavailable before pickup or delivery.

  • There is a major issue discovered that was not previously disclosed.

  • We cancel the transaction from our end.

In these cases, you receive a 100% refund of your reservation or down payment.

B. Refund Not Allowed If:

  • You change your mind after reserving.

  • You fail to complete the remaining payment.

  • You delay pickup beyond the agreed period.


3. Inspection and Acceptance

Before finalizing the sale:

  • You are encouraged to inspect the vehicle physically.

  • You may bring a personal mechanic or inspection agent.

  • Once the car leaves our premises or is delivered and accepted, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.


4. Delivery Refunds

If you paid for delivery:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the car has been dispatched.

  • If delivery is delayed due to weather, road conditions, or carrier issues, we will keep you updated but no refund is issued for delays.

If the delivery team fails to deliver the vehicle entirely, you receive a full refund of delivery fees.


5. Refund Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us immediately.

Provide the following:

  • Your full name

  • Phone number

  • Vehicle name or stock number

  • Amount paid

  • Reason for request

  • Proof of payment

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


6. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after approval.


7. No Refund on Documentation or Processing Fees

Any fees for:

  • Plate numbers

  • Transfer of ownership

are non-refundable, as these services begin immediately after payment.


8. Fraud & Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously.
Any false claim, chargeback abuse, or attempt to retrieve money after a fully completed sale will lead to:

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

  • Legal action if necessary
